Streams for the European Championships and other stuff

Osa luistelijoista on jo saapunut perille Zagrebiin, mutta päivän aikana siellä on ollut lentokentällä sumua, jonka vuoksi koneet ovat joutuneet laskeutumaan muille kentille. Tämän vuoksi kaikki luistelijat eivät ole päässeet vielä Zagrebiin. Olen jo kovaa vauhtia virittäytymässä kisahuumaan, huomenna varmaan jo tulee harkkavideoitakin nettiin. Due to the foggy weather in Zagreb the planes haven't been allowed to land there and that's why some skaters haven't still arrived. I am impatiently waiting for some practice videos to show up, hopefully tomorrow there will be some! In the mean while those Twitter accounts above are good to check out, if you want to know what is going on in Zagreb.

EM-kisoja pystyy katsomaan suorina lähetyksinä mm. Yle Areenasta ja SVT Playstä. Olen usein katsonut kisoja suorana SVT:n striimistä, sillä heillä on hyvä selostajakaksikko; he eivät puhu turhia, mutta eläytyvät ja jännittävät luistelijoiden puolesta ja tunnelma kisapaikalta välittyy hyvin. Parasta SVT Playssä on se, että sitä pystyy nyt katsomaan suorana myös kännykästä eli jos ei ole koneen ääressä, niin ei silti missaa kisoja. SVT:n luistelustriimeihin pääsee tästä.

It is possible to watch the European Championships live. The stream that I would recommend is the SVT's one. They seem to show everything live except ice dance's short dance. You can watch the stream if you are in the EBU area and even choose a HD quality. If the SVT's stream doesn't work for you check out the list of other possible streams on Hot Blades, Hot Passion :)
